Bryan was great when we were looking for a home and he helped us find our Forever Home and we'll be forever greatful. Bryan is a Realtor that actually gets that the market in Calgary, and the Real Estate industry in general, has changed, needs to change and should change. On top of everything, he is open to all means to market a property and has a sense of purpose and drive, so missing in many Realtors I have been engaged with. Found us a home, not by bombarding us with daily links, listings, but actually listened to what our needs were, and sorted through properties for us! Excellent Realtor, and an Excellent negotiator. Great experience working with Bryan on our relocation from Toronto. Got a good feel for the market in our lead up calls, then Bryan organized a plan for us to see various areas of the Calgary area that fit what we were looking for. When one particular house caught our eye in the Foothills area near Bragg creek, he reorganized our whole house hunting itinerary to see that house first, as he was certain it would go fast. By the time we got off the plane there were already two offers on the property. Bryan managed the whole afternoon so we could see the house, see a couple of comparable properties, and still negotiate a winning bid before a very tight deadline - 5 hours after we landed. Despite the stresses and challenges of the timeframe, Bryan was able to make us comfortable with coming to a quick decision and made the whole experience fun. He managed the details and helped us focus on the essentials so we were able to get a home we love. I heartily recommend Bryan as a great professional to work with.

Bryan is a great realtor, Bryan worked very hard to get the best price for the house we purchased. Bryan is very personable, hard working always answer texts or phone calls.
